- Assist in basic IT administration and work with external IT experts as needed
- Actively assist with planning company events, seminars and welfare activities
- Manage vendors and service providers coordination
- Provide office management services to employees
- Organize office operations and procedures and create relevant policies
- Perform complex high-level administrative duties to support C-level executives
- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Office search and Office move project (post COVID-19)


- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative position, from a hi-tech company - Must
- College Degree or equivalent - Advantage
- Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Extremely proficient and experienced with G-suite, Microsoft Office, Apple OS
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail, organized and problem solving skills
