About the role:

We are currently looking for an Office Admin to join our Tel Aviv office. In this role, you will positively impact our company culture and engage our employees. You'll organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, be responsible for all administrative and operations office aspects in a fast-growing company and provide administrative support to the HR team.


- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations to ensure the flow of the office.
- Assist and manage operations for executive level managers of the company.
- Working with external vendors related to office supplies, technology, equipment, etc.
- Support the HR, assisting in employee onboarding/off-boarding process and welfare activities such as company events&holidays.
- Handle ad hoc projects and requests as they arise (Facilities, Welfare, IT, HR, etc.).
- Maintaining records/files and ensure security and confidentiality of data.
- Working in coordination with the U.S. office of the company.
- Initiate and execute actions to continuously improve the work environment and strengthen the sense of community among team members.


- Proven experience as an Office Admin or similar role
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent English - oral and written
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with G-suite tools
- Familiarity with a start-up environment – a BIG plus
- BA in behavioral Sciences or any other relevant field - a plus
