As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will report to the Talent Director as a member of the Talent Team. You’ll partner closely with your Hiring Managers to help us grow WalkMe as you provide a positive interview experience for our Candidates and our Teams. This role is based in San Francisco and we have Team Members in Raleigh, NC and San Francisco.

What You’ll Own
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting efforts as a trusted partner to your Hiring Teams to bring new hires into WalkMe
- Troubleshoot issues as they come up and use your experience to see around the corner to avoid setbacks
- Source top candidates through multiple channels and use your relationship building skills to create a pipeline of future candidates
- Seek out trends and share ideas with team members to help us create a learning environment where we all grow our skills

Requirements

* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the US *

- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment - Established relationships with SaaS Sales candidates a real plus
- Passion to provide a interviewing experience based on respect and honesty
- Curiosity to learn what makes a candidate excited about their next move and the insight to know if WalkMe is right for that candidate
- Positivity, humor, and an indomitable desire to persevere through any odds
- Commitment (or at least willingness) to maintain accurate data in our ATS. Knowing Lever is a plus.
- Belief that Diversity and Inclusion is central to organizational success
