Description

Taboola is looking for a program manager to own the rapidly growing Self Service (SLS) Book of Business and its revenue globally (tens of millions of dollars annually), and drive its success by prioritising and delivering on various initiatives.

This position will report to the Global Head of SMB advertisers .

Responsibilities:
- Get to know the customers and their needs via surveys, in-depth interviews and/or focus groups, and represent this unique customer segment needs in internal forums. Act as the voice of the SLS customers.
- Build tests that will be administered to the SLS advertisers to answer key hypotheses (you will raise) and assess the impact of proposed activities.
- Develop a program roadmap based on your understanding of user needs, data, and the overall market opportunity. Report on the program and its initiatives’ effectiveness and adoption, making adjustments as necessary.
- Drive cross-departmental efforts to better attend customers’ challenges, generate more revenue, and potentially increase the effectiveness of Mass Account Managers (MAM) and Account Managers (AM).
- Spec and collaborate to develop customer health / success dashboards that will allow us to track leading indicators of success / failure and help MAM’s prioritize their customer engagements.
- Resolve ad hoc issues impacting SLS customers and escalate as needed in order to maintain a good customer experience and maintain revenue.
- Commit to $ results, track and present to the company management on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

- +7 years of work experience and +3 years of experience in Product/Program/Project Management for online products.
- Analytical, data driven, and skilled in solving complex problems. Experience collaborating with analysts.
- Strong project management skills – managing complex processes across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills and excellent English, required to communicate daily with global teams and balance the needs of partners from different disciplines.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry or online marketing – a plus
- Sales or Account Management experience – a plus
- MBA – a plus
