About the Role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer to join our brand group. The Brand Design group at Riskified is responsible for creating the look and feel of the company and translating our brand values into colors and shapes across different platforms - our website, social channels est.

As a Motion Designer, you will be designing and animating various marketing materials such as blog posts, social content, animated ads and complex infographics that will support conveying our message.

Riskified values design and makes every effort to provide a cohesive and unique experience across all mediums. Our design team works in different visual channels from application UX/UI to sales and marketing, which ensures constant development of our product and brand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Direct and create beautiful and diverse animations from concept to launch - create video ads, animated components, social content, animated blog posts, animated content for online and physical conferences, and more
- Use your storytelling capabilities and come up with visual solutions for ad campaigns, Technology flows and Explanatory videos, which will shed light on Riskified’s technology and products
- Envision and create our brand’s motion language and style.
- Collaborate and work closely with the lead generation teams - Digital Marketing, Events, Content and sales materials. Support the marketing effort of creating interest in Riskified among potential clients
- Be an integral part of our design department, coming up with creative ways to deliver our messaging to our target audience and refining our visual brand

Requirements

- Strong portfolio and/or showreel.
- 2+ years of motion design and animation experience - Must
- Expert in After effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe creative suite applications
- Strong design skills: motion design, typography, layouts and composition, illustration and image making
- Familiarity with video editing
- Great personality and social skills
- Conceptual and creative thinking
- Experience in 3D animations - an advantage
- Knowledge of CSS and Lottie animations - an advantage
- Familiar in Figma or Sketchapp - an advantage
