Playtika is looking for you to join our new Monetization Academy and eventually integrate in the position of a Monetization Manager in our incredible monetization teams!

In Playtika - the Monetization Manager is responsible for managing all players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivations and behaviors.

The position requires developing a quarterly, monthly and daily plan aligned with the strategy that leverages all product features and marketing tools, in addition to coming up with exciting new innovative ideas and communicating it to millions of players.

As a Monetization Manager you will:
- Own Revenue and Daily Active Users KPI’s.
- Plan and execute monetization strategies that will motivate and encourage the players to stay, play and pay in the game, all aligned with the retention KPIs targets.
- Develop daily promotional plans and be in charge of their implementation throughout the campaign design, creative development of all communication assets, operational launch, results monitoring and improvements according to analysis.
- Own a product line with a full responsibility on its launch communication and ongoing usage
- Work closely with creative, operations, product and BA teams, in a high pace organization

- We’ll expose you to monetization related content and teach you the required skills that our monetization managers need to successfully join one of our top games.


- 1+ year of experience as CRM/Monetization or Brand/Marketing Manager or Marketing Analyst or Product Marketing/ Sales/ Advertising
- Data oriented, Strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
- Goal oriented and takes full ownership on projects.
- Strong written and verbal English and communication skills
