TikTok is looking for a strong, self driven achiever to join as a Business Partner Manager. This role is responsible for working closely with various advertisers, maintaining high levels of engagement and relationship, to position Tiktok as a trusted partner to help our clients grow.


Business Management

1. Build partnership with key agencies and clients in the different industries (Gaming, Mobile App Developers, e-Commerce, Entertainment, Finance, FMCG, Beauty & cosmetics, F&B, electronics, fashion, media & entertainment, telecom, auto, O2O, etc.)

2. Design the sales plan to explore business opportunities

3. Drive the revenue from key agencies and clients and achieve the sales target

Campaign Planning and Management

1. Facilitate clients ad campaigns from start to end

2. Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to client's business and problems

Cross functional collaboration

1. Work with all other cross-functional teams such as client solutions team to improve the account manager efficiency and build long term growth

2. Work with sales marketing team, on B2B marketing activities for different industries

3. Work with product team, on feedback and suggestions of ad solutions, systems and tools


1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5 years of experience in media account management and/or the marketing/advertising industry.
3. Fluency in English and Hebrew, with ability to effectively communicate with and serve English speaking clients.
4. Experience and success in strategically growing and maintaining complex, high-value managed accounts, through a consultative approach.
5. Experience in building trusted relationships with directors and C-level stakeholders by developing a strong understanding of the client business and driving deep, data-driven insights.
6. Deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms and ecosystems.
