DeviantArt - the world’s largest online art community, home to over 47 million creatives worldwide and more than 370 million unique pieces of art. Through this powerful platform, artists and like-minded creatives (known as deviants) connect, inspire, share their passions, learn from others in the community, and find the freedom to express who they are. Moreover, the platform gives artists—from novices to professionals—the ability to showcase, promote, sell, and reach an audience beyond anything imaginable in the traditional art industry.

As a Marketing Web Designer, you will:
- Be actively involved in every aspect of developing our brand identity and communicating with our growing community of artists.
- Approach design holistically, taking an active role in understanding our users’ intents. This includes analyzing their behaviors and interactions with our product and using this data to develop designs that are beautiful in form and intuitive to use.
- Collaborate daily with marketing product managers, content writers, software developers, and R&D from across the globe to define, design, and deliver extraordinary marketing materials that meet our key messaging, user needs, and business aims.
- Give and receive critical feedback from fellow designers, so we can continue to grow and challenge ourselves professionally as a team.
- Multi-task several projects at any given time under tight deadlines.

- A talented and passionate Visual Designer (2+ years’ experience), with strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect design solutions.
- You’re an outside-the-box, conceptual thinker who knows how to make design interactive for both web and mobile experiences.
- A master of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, you have experience working and collaborating with diverse teams to create unique and creative products - from brainstorming to live.
- You’re driven and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re also fluent in English (spoken and written) and are able to work full time in a permanent position (not as a freelancer).
- Have a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications or experience working at a digital agency? How about experience working with XD Design and Sketch? If you do, any of those will count in your favor.
