You are:
A technical problem solver. Whether it’s a CSS trick, an ad-hoc automation, creating a new process or implementing a new tool, you’ve got it covered. You’re passionate about bringing web design to life and seeing it actually work. You have some experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, APIs/JSON, and a basic understanding of databases.

As Marketing Technical Operations you will:
- Build the branding/marketing visual elements of Wix Answers (such as: wixanswers.com website, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, API documentation, widgets and more) on top of the technical abilities of the Wix Editor.
- Create marketing automation processes, such as: new leads collection, contacts data handling, notifications and automatic triggers for seamless tracking and more.
- Work closely with the BI team to improve and maintain wixanswers.com data infrastructure and ongoing BI events creation.
- Translate the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produces the visual elements of Wix Answers’ branding and marketing assets online.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, including full QA of your work.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Design and BI to bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how our presence on the web looks as well as how it works.
- Use your technical skills to detect and improve manual processes.
- Research industry trends and websites to come up with the latest technologies and methods to provide top quality results.


- You’re able to stitch together data across tools using webhooks, APIs and 3rd party services, and you have a proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- You also have a good understanding of SEO principles and how to ensure that websites adhere to them.
- You’re also a team player who sees the big picture and feels comfortable in a very dynamic environment.

- Previous knowledge and experience with the Wix Editor
- A Salesforce implementation background
- A project management and operations backgrounzd
