What’s the job?

As Payoneer grows, we’re looking for a passionate and organized Marketing Operations Manager to join our expanding Enterprise team. You will be a key-member of the Enterprise Marketing team, directly contributing to the growth of our business by enabling operational rigor and structure. You will ensure that no lead is left behind, every marketing touch point is attributable, our sales & marketing stacks work together perfectly, our money is spent effectively, and that we operate in a coordinated way globally. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing, and connecting marketing and sales tools and processes, to start consistent and qualified lead generation (SAL/SQL), comprehensive reporting and personalized journeys for different customer personas or products. We’re looking for someone who has deep experience with Salesforce and marketing automation and understands the enterprise sales process as well as marketing KPIs.

You will be responsible for:

- Establish and maintain scalable marketing operations processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Develop and analyse multi-touch attribution dashboards on marketing sourced/influenced pipeline to optimise marketing performance and budget investment.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Analytics and Finance to develop a holistic view of our revenue funnel from first touch through to closed won with clear attribution of marketing ROI.
- Oversee the operational aspects of campaign planning, preparation, tracking and ROI attribution.
- Ensure our systems and processes are set up to ensure we are collecting the right data in the right way at the right time.
- Develop global processes to manage database hygiene and optimization and partner with Sales Ops, CRM and Digital Marketing to improve gaps in data health.
- Understand the customer journey, lead flows and routing through our systems and oversee the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of leads.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, SDR and Sales leadership, and Sales Ops on the development of an ABM strategy.
- Oversee annual and quarterly planning meetings for Enterprise marketing, including relevant analysis, and synthesizing plans and learnings.
- Assist in the development of marketing goals and tracking for the Enterprise marketing team.
- Oversee and manage ongoing operational needs of the Enterprise marketing team, including budgets/forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, campaign tracking, and ongoing reporting.

Requirements

- Deep experience using Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua or Marketo.
- Thorough understanding of the enterprise sales process.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable developing and analysing marketing attribution reports.
- Ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that balance business needs and system maintainability.
- Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively when creating reports or dashboards.
- Project management skills; can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic & global environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust and respect from peers.
- High enthusiasm and motivation to work within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Positive disposition with high energy, self-directed team player.
