Description

Building the world’s largest digital freight marketplace is tough. It means changing the way that businesses think and move their products around the world - whether it’s a tiny Amazon company selling retro knockoff Beyonce-lookalike furbies, or a massive Fortune 500 company moving vaccinations.

We are looking for a phenomenal marketing operations lead to help us scale marketing operations for the Freightos.com team, and most importantly, make sure our conversion funnel works better than a slip-and-slide coated with WD-40.

And that, ideally, is you.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will own our CRM and martech stack, working together with our corporate marketing operations team and a rockstar marketing team.

You will be responsible for improving Freightos.com’s customer conversion and retention by using all marketing ops domains, including automations, email marketing, database segmentation and building out (and integrating!) the perfect toolstack and more.

What does the job involve?

The rare combination of both technical marketing operations skills (objects, events, and data analysis) and marketing expertise (email best practices, segmentation and more). The role involves a deep sense of ownership over taking one of the largest aggregations of small and midsize importers IN the world and helping them move their goods AROUND the world.

- Create, execute and optimize a marketing ops strategy, based on in-depth knowledge of our customer base combined with data, to help inform on conversion optimization.
- Work with our corporate CRM team to own all marketing automation within the BU. Today, we use Pardot and Salesforce. Who knows what tomorrow will bring?
- Manage all processes relating (but not limited) to database management, forms, email marketing, segmentation, workflows and integrations.
- Lead all email marketing, including template creation, segmentation A/B testing, email optimization and QA, campaign performance, best practices, etc.
- Own all marketing automations (Zapier) & integrations (SFDC, Intercom, Domo)
- Maintain and clean the database (duplicates, data cleansing, etc.) with our data team
- Expand visibility into user behavior across multiple assets (website, product, etc.)

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

- 3+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably B2B (SaaS preferred); but honestly, we want someone who has used MOPs systems at scale.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce.
- Deep technical knowledge of email best practices and A/B testing methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong technical and analytical skills and knowledge of BI tools.
- Ability to think about customer journeys beyond open rates and click through rates.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and prioritize quickly.
- Team player with strong collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Highly competent Pardot specialist. But hey, you’re probably the type of person that can learn new things.
- Experience with a variety of tools (Intercom, Domo, Zendesk Zapier).
- BA in marketing, business, communications, technology or similar area
- Excellent English - Written and verbal skills.
