Sodastream's Marketing Operations Team leads the activities and collaboration between Marketing and Operations from the Marketing concept through to executions.

The Manager for Marketing Operations will set up, manage and implement various projects, e.g. the introduction of new products, the management and coordination of joint activities with various production sites as well as the ongoing cooperation between the headquarters in Israel and the subsidiary's overseas.

Job Description

- Coordination and management of Marketing Operation projects in close cooperation with other departments and the parent company
- Planning and management of project plans
- Definition of milestones
- Coordination and monitoring of tasks within the project teams
- Identification of tools and parameters for project performance/efficiency assessment
- Leadership and moderation of interdisciplinary project teams
- Creation of Best Practice Standards
- Communication and cooperation with the relevant departments in the company, in particular sales, finance, supply chain, production and global marketing.
- Collaboration in the development of strategies and measures that can accelerate the sale of the products. This takes place in close coordination with the marketing management, the management, the trade marketing as well as the functional area sales and logistics.
- Support of the superior in the annual marketing planning.
- Planning/ implementation and follow-up of meetings and follow-up in ongoing projects
- Internal coordination between the internal departments in Marketing Operations Package engineer, Project management and the Point of Contact people. marketing, sales, logistics and eCommerce departments. Coordination with the international product management (SodaStream Ltd., Israel) and other colleagues of the globally active SodaStream Group
- Manage 3-5 members team.


- B.Sc. degree in industrial engineering /Management
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations / Project Management in an internationally operating company
- Experience in manage a team
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), MS Project or similar project management software, Power Point / Teams

- Ability to work independently and reliably on complex tasks or extensive projects and to control work processes independently
- Ability to work in a team, helpfulness and commitment
