Description

We are looking for an experienced B2B and B2C marketing professional to join our marketing team.You are a self-starter, a leader and dedicated to improvement. You're passionate about all facets of the brand, sales, product marketing, and performance marketing. About the team: 
Role:
- Implement the annual marketing plan and the go-to-market strategy.
- Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand.
- Take responsibility for the look and content of the websites and social media outlets, and maximizing visitor conversion.
- Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment.
- Develop and lead the customer acquisition strategy for both B2B and B2C (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn...etc).
- Explore different customer acquisition channels, from pay-per-click campaigns to event management.
- Drive market research and understand how markets are changing.
- Communicate regularly with other departments and executives, reporting on marketing activity.
- Manage relationships with creative, PR and media agencies.
- Contribute to product development and pricing for success.
- Work closely with the product/BI/R&D team to develop and implement new revenue streams and optimization of all marketing channels.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of management experience 
- 5+ years of experience in B2B  & B2C Marketing, DemandGen, digital marketing, paid media acquisition and  loyalty marketing.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Proven talent management experience with an ability to attract, cultivate, and retain top performers in a world-class marketing operations organization.
- Strong collaborator at the leadership level while also being comfortable doing the day to day blocking and tackling work required to scale the organization.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, looking for the right company to support personal growth.
- Ability to prioritize to drive maximum returns and a proven track record of exceeding revenue and lead goals.
- Tech-savvy and up-to-date on all marketing tools, platforms and resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
