Description

We are looking for an energetic, proactive, all-round marketing manager to join the Working Capital team at Payoneer. The right candidate will lead coordinated cross-channel campaigns and marketing strategies to grow the brand, acquire new customers and grow existing ones of our most recently launched new product. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams across the company including global marketing, finance, analytics, product, operations and legal.

The primary goals of this position will be to collect insights and further define our target customer, deeply understand the competitive space, create messaging and content that the sales and business development teams can use to go to market, communicate the product to customers, and support local marketing efforts. We are looking for a candidate with passion for our product, curiosity and a thirst for insights.

What’s the job?
- Building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy in line with the business goals that increases brand visibility among our target market and generates growth
- Creating messaging guidelines and using them to contribute content for web, brochures, presentations, articles, tradeshows and more
- Collaborating with our acquisition team to bring new leads and sign ups to the product
- Collaborating with our CRM team to communicate new features and product enhancements to our customers
- Defining campaign and projecting timelines from ideation to launch
- Working closely with product and community teams, to deliver insights that will shape product strategy
- Follow and promote a test-and-learn culture to constantly find new opportunities for growth and optimization

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years in an all-round marketing role including content, product marketing, events and digital marketing
- Strong organizational skills and analytical approach with very strong attention to detail
- Experience in a product marketing role
- Analytical skills; ability to work with data and tell a story through numbers
- Understanding of credit business - advantage
- Comfort with insights collection methods (surveys, interviews, UX tests)
- Ability to get stuff done in a fast-paced organization
- Strong writing background
- Experienced project manager who has a high level of organization and ability to hit deadlines
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute!
