- Design and lead implementation of growth strategy by using paid and owned media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way.
- Build and allocate the app marketing budget across different channels based on performance and the app business goals.
- Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions to push the app DAU & revenue up!
- Managing key projects focused on optimising marketing campaigns with technical stakeholders, such as Data Scientist, to design and implement automated workflows that will improve work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key acquisition partners (getting them to do what’s right for us!).
- Manage and lead relationships with external partners such as ASO agency, including setting goals and objectives, approving a/b tests, and supervising ongoing activities.
- Hold team members accountable for recouping goal achievements, KPIs, and engagement in all marketing activities.


- 1+ years as a marketing lead or head of marketing of a product/service or application with a significant budget ($500K+ monthly).
- 5+ years in mobile user acquisition and ad buying analysis experience at scale.
Strong marketing instincts and proven track record of shaping and executing on user growth strategies.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management on self-served platforms (such as FB, Google, DSP & Ad Networks).
- Obsessed with optimization - you live and breathe campaign performance data and know exactly what levers to pull when optimizing a campaign against specific KPIs.
- Strength in communicating, visualizing, and reporting results/analysis so they are clear and unambiguous to various stakeholders, including game partners and senior leadership. This will include building reports and presenting the results of your/ your team’s efforts using tools such as PowerPoint and Tableau.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution models and platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with a desire to develop additional technical skills (SQL, Tableau).
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic change initiatives managing a wide set of stakeholders including data & creatives teams.
- Ability to lead and inspire a highly skilled team across multiple locations
- Ability to negotiate and effectively influence internal and external parties
- Passion for games and a strong understanding of the industry.
- Strong business logic thinker who quickly identifies new opportunities to challenge the status quo.
- Fluent in English.

- Experience working with SQL
- BA/BSc, preferably in a quantitative field.
