We are looking for an exceptional and passionate Business Development Director to join the Strategic Partnerships team. The role includes executing Cognyte’s growth strategy through defining partnerships and continuously engaging them to promote our business objectives. Your impact

- Taking ownership of the partner engagement lifecycle from business plan creation, on-boarding, training and enablement to the growth and management of partners, understanding each partner’s unique business model and fit.
- Setting the standard for best-in-class partner management and partnering with leading regional and global partners to drive strategic initiatives, build lasting relationships, and propel growth hand in hand with the sales team
- Working with system integrators and strategy consultants to identify new business opportunities, delivery models and support partner sales cycles.
- Supporting product and sales training along with technical enablement and programs for strategic partners; maintaining alignment with and providing partner feedback to product, technology, marketing, and direct sales teams.
- Work internally to create and continuously enhance partner program deliverable


- At least 5 years of experience in partners’ development & management, account and pre-sale, relationship building, business development
- Experience working with System integrators is a must. Ideally, this will include experience working with regional/local and large government and/or enterprise System Integrators
- Experience working in the big data, analytics, and security network ecosystem is an advantage.
- Business oriented in nature, but with strong technical skills and experience
- Team player with proven experience in matric environment and proven ability to manage complex relationships and nurture them to success
- An independent self-starter: you thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with a high level of responsibility and ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills: whether in partner’s conversations, product presentations, or written proposals.
- English as a mother tongue and additional languages as an advantage
