About the position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing & Data Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing automation, data management, and integrations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, capable of building integrations, developing data dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive marketing strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ownership of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, ensuring all systems are effectively utilized to drive marketing campaigns, capture leads, and optimize customer interactions.
- Integration Development for various marketing tools and systems to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance marketing capabilities.
- Data Management and Analytics:

- Data accuracy and accessibility - Effectively manage marketing data to ensure its accuracy and integrity for the marketing team.
- Customized dashboards and reporting - Develop and maintain data dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights tailored to business objectives.
- Data analysis - Utilize advanced analytical tools to systematically analyze marketing data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Data hygiene and compliance: Implement processes to maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, supporting the overall effectiveness of marketing strategies and decision-making processes

4.Cross-functional collaboration with various teams to align data and operations strategies with business objectives. Act as a liaison between marketing and IT departments to ensure smooth integration and implementation of marketing technology solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications - an advantage.
- Proven experience (4 years) in marketing operations, data management, or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRMs, analytics tools, data warehouses such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in building integrations between marketing systems and familiarity with APIs and data integration methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is desirable.
