- Provide creative inputs for brands and agencies to develop best in class advertising on TikTok.
- Concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication.
- Facilitate brainstorms - towing the line between creative expression and brand realities.
- Develop creative deliverables including but not limited to - digital, social and brand presentations.
- Manage production projects from concept sign off to delivery, and work with 3rd-party vendors, and agencies to help our clients deliver breakthrough work in a cost effective way.
- Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations.
- Contribute to creative playbooks, providing creative execution recommendations for TikTok content.
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Proficient in English and Hebrew.
- 5+ years experience with a mix of brand and creative background from a top tier creative agency.
- 3+ years online advertising experience.
- Strong understanding of the Industry and grasp on culture, with a keen understanding of what is relevant, and an eye for upcoming trends.
- Outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling social-first video production and result driven campaigns.
- Vast experience in running creative production from concept to final deliverables under working on a tight production schedule. Must have knowledge of pre-production, production and post production workflow.
- Expert written, verbal and visual communicator, with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
