You are: A bright, passionate digital marketer capable of thoughtful execution and attention to detail - eager to take charge and steer our email campaigns and automation programs within Pardot as well as maintain the day to day of Guardicore’s websites. You are collaborative, driven, extremely proactive and never satisfied with the status quo.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it): Help execute impactful, large-scale email marketing campaigns and maintain and optimize Guardicore’s websites. As a company that places a high value on your responsibilities, you’ll be expected to understand the business and marketing objectives and plan email programs and goals that align with them. The user and their journey are always on your mind as you execute email projects and modify our websites accordingly. You’ll closely collaborate with marketing operations, digital and demand generation teams, creative team members, and content strategists to contribute to campaign strategies.

What will your day to day look like?

- Own and execute the email campaign lifecycle from set-up, list upload/hygiene, email QA, and scheduling to tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Maintain a marketing calendar and coordinate with segment teams and other stakeholders to schedule and manage email priorities.
- Enforce email brand standards to ensure that all emails conform to branding and style guides.
- Maintain email preference center and opt-out compliance.
- Share campaign performance data with the Marketing Operations Manager for top-level reporting and insights.
- Modify, maintain, and optimize various websites and Guardicore platforms. Build and place content and other required CMS-centric solutions as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related problems with website and hosting solutions. You will work with others to assess the needs of departments and other users to determine the best technology, implementation strategy, and other project goals.
- Manage and support content team and other stakeholders with Guardicore’s web presence
- Regularly test the usability of Guardicore’s websites and ensure proper working order, quality performance, and best user experience – including integrations with marketing tech stack.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to develop reports that present compelling stories for optimization of website sections and more efficient user acquisition.


- Minimum of 2+ years experience in email marketing (B2B preferred)
- Experience in working marketing automation tools - Pardot preferred but other tools like Hubspot, Marketo are also accepted.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of technical web applications, including experience working with WordPress
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Understanding of Google algorithm updates and changes - a plus
- Knowledge working with Google Analytics and other web reporting services
- Experience creating email nurture series with automated triggered campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing - a plus
- An eye for copywriting improvements and edits
- Strong communication skills to communicate with different people at different technical levels
