The Market Research & Strategy role is a critical piece in leading the strategic direction and market intelligence of WalkMe. This cross-functional role reports into WalkMe’s product marketing team, intersecting between marketing, product, sales and other business units, to surface key trends and insights that shape our GTM.

What will you actually be doing?
- Act as the market expert, surfacing early indicators and trends to empower marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership
- Be the market pulse by studying and analyzing surveys, research and articles, extracting main insights and recommendations
- Provide research and analysis on market trends, behaviors, and competitive positions to help drive GTM strategy
- Research technology and industry developments to recognize opportunities, threats, and growth strategies as you continuously develop and lead ongoing market landscape insights and reporting for all relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales and other business units to provide data and insights into the latest market trends and analyses
- Initiate and lead the creation of original thought leadership that maintain WalkMe’s positioning as a market innovator and thought leader
- Lead and executive custom research programs to identify and highlight potential growth, leveraging unique WalkMe data and industry benchmarks to uncover key insights, and effectively communicate these to relevant cross-functional stakeholders
- Research competition trends and developments, and effectively communicate and enable the organization
- Enable the organization by translating research data and findings into actionable/strategic insights using strong storytelling and presentation skills

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or analytics
- MBA - an advantage
- 5+ years experience in strategy, finance, business operations, corporate strategy, or partnership role, preferably from a consulting firm, investment bank, or corporate strategy team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to and liaising executive teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
