As the company continues to rapidly expand, we are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Manager to establish, grow and enable WalkMe’s new and existing partners in EMEA.

Job Details:
- The Channel Sales Manager will partner across industries in order to drive global growth of the business by leveraging established networks, developing and managing sales pipelines and utilising strong leadership skills in order to drive increased revenue generating activities across our partner network.
- Recruit, mentor and enable relevant partners to accomplish WalkMe’s channel goals in the UK.
- Grow WalkMe’s software subscription and fulfil the capacity to deliver WalkMe implementation projects with partners.
- Provide sales enablement to the partner across all relevant disciplines.
- Develop and drive effective joint annual business planning with partners to ensure proper planning and execution of Sales, Marketing and Enablement including investment and expansion commitments, document partner’s commitments and investments, hold partners accountable, measure (and report) results and ROI regularly (i.e., quarterly updates and reviews).
- Proactively provide professional preparation and leadership in partner/WalkMe meetings.

Requirements

* Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK *

- An in-depth understanding of channel & alliance business; partner financials and economics; partner business planning; WalkMe software solutions; partner sales, forecasting, and building pipeline; demand generation planning, execution, and ROI.
- Years of proven success in a Chanel Manager position, working specifically with GSIs- must
SAP-Successfactors/Workday/Salesforce or its partner’s eco-system - strong advantage
- A track record of driving Partner enablement planning and execution.
- Demonstrable experience and a successful track record in managing cloud-based software sales teams.
- Effective communication and presentation skills an executive level, ability to deliver training for sales teams.
- Super motivated, thinks out of the box, highly independent!
- Ability to commute to London - must
- Native English
- Advantage: knows how to use Salesforce as a CRM and partnering system.
