As a Localization Manager you will:

- Lead and manage localization projects autonomously and to a high level across multiple stakeholders and systems - working closely with language specialists, localization technology, product management and development, internal business partners and external vendors
- Develop project plans and workflows, managing time and resources
- Identify and solve localization issues, whether data, system or product - and perform corrective/preventative action with appropriate stakeholders to remedy
- Leverage Marketing Ops technology to improve KPIs
- Proactively explore data to find and report on trends, and apply proper hypothesis testing
- Maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in localization for marketing and customer journey
- Identify areas for process efficiency and improvement
- Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting and insights to management and other stakeholders
- Work successfully work with technical and non-technical people alike, while learning new tools, processes, and concepts


- Minimum of 2 years of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry)
- Fast learner
- Quality and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong Advantage: experience with translation technology, WordPress, Pardot, Intercom
