About the Role

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energizing environment! You will provide legal support in all aspects, and report to the Company’s Head of Legal

Responsibilities

- Work hand-in-hand with our sales team on drafting, negotiation, and execution of agreements.
- Review and negotiate a wide variety of partner and vendor agreements, including software licenses, SaaS Agreements, NDAs and more.
- Monitor and provide internal guidance on company-wide policies and procedures.
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, and legal processes.
- Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis.

Requirements

Requirements
**Please NOTE: The position is full time, Monday to Friday**

- Law Degree
- Licensed to practice in the USA or in Israel
- 4 + years of experience working as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a hi-tech company
- Experience in technology agreements (licensing, SaaS, etc.) and other commercial transactions
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
- Strong negotiation skills
- Service-oriented person
- English native speaker with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Hebrew speaker – an advantage
- Boston Area – an advantage
- International Travels – about 25% of the time
