Legal Counsel

We are growing! Looking for an internal Legal Counsel, who will take on in-house legal matters, and will work with all stakeholders and management on legal transactions, customer agreements, partnerships, and projects.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for all agreements (including cloud/SaaS, software licensing, professional services, data privacy, channel partners, employment).
- Manage the legal negotiation process with customers.
- Actively address data privacy domestically and internationally.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help design and streamline policies, practices, templates, training, and related activity.
- Advise the sales teams and other stakeholders on legal and commercial issues including best practices.
- Assist with various projects to achieve and exceed corporate objectives and goals.
- Support the security team during the SOC & ISO processes.

- 2-4 years of commercial law experience in a technology company or tier 1 law firm.
- Experience with contract compliance.
- Experience with the software license and SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, designing, executing, and monitoring compliance programs.
- Good understanding of privacy laws and data security.
- An excellent negotiator, who is comfortable and confident working with any internal stakeholder or customer.
- Support the security team during the SOC & ISO processes.
- Constantly update the DPA, MSA, CCPA, T&C, Privacy Policy based on business needs and regulation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
