About the Role

- As a Learning Operations Specialist at our TLV office, you will work closely with L&D team members, stakeholders within the organization, and 3rd party vendors to support L&D programs and domains from an operational perspective, to enable smooth execution and a positive employee experience.
- You will plan, execute and monitor L&D programs and projects - own some of them from end to end, as well as provide support for programs that are owned by other L&D functions. This position requires collaboration, excellent project management, and strong communication skills. Flexibility, resourcefulness, and good organizational skills come in handy in this exciting, fast-paced position

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with internal stakeholders and other L&D functions to plan and execute learning projects and processes.
- Support the execution of L&D programs that are owned by other L&D functions.
- Use project management skills to ensure all details of the training programs are handled with quality and care.
- Monitor, measure, and assess learning programs and activities.
- Help locate learning vendors and track their work.
- Own procurement-related processes and monitor budget expenses.
- Organize and coordinate activities for our SMEs as part of the Riskified learning community.
- Work with other L&D team members to drive a learning culture and adopt L&D best practices across the organization.


- 2 year experience in operational roles in a tech environment. Working in a learning/HR team - an advantage!
- Problem-solver, team player, resourceful and independent
- Excellent organizational and project management skills 
- Ability to work simultaneously on different tasks and multiple projects
- A great communicator who knows how to drive different stakeholders to action 
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English - Must
- Experience working in fast-paced environment
