We are looking for a skilled Lead Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records.

Lead Bookkeeper job duties include working closely with the accounting team to create and analyze financial reports, ensure compliance with tax authorities and process accounts payable. The bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record the company’s day-to-day financial transactions as part of our accounting team.

- Preparation of monthly trial balance
- In charge of the aging report
- Accounts payable recording and maintenance
- Processing payments to vendors
- Full responsibility over company credit card – recording, payments and reconciliations
- Monthly VAT reporting
- Income tax compliance – preparation of tax reports working papers
- Expense accruals and prepaid expenses
- Fixed assets management
- Salary processing and related tax reporting


- 4+ years of proven experience with bookkeeping type 3
- ERP experience - NetSuite is a significant advantage
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Customer Service orientation
- Good level of English – both written and oral
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details
- The ability to plan and organize time in order to meet monthly reporting schedule
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in Hi tech companies - advantage
