As part of the Service and Support organization, the Knowledgebase Coordinator will incorporate multiple information sources in order to create useful technical articles in the company’s Knowledgebase. You will work closely with subject matter experts and other technical functions in the organization, this in order to maintain and improve the articles.

What you will be doing:
- Be part of the SolarEdge support and service team and take responsibility of a customer facing technical knowledgebase.
- Create new (and maintain) articles in the company’s knowledgebase in accordance of the current needs and new products
- Coordinate and carry out the localization and translation efforts of the knowledgebase
- Work closely with subject matter experts and develop familiarity of the company’s products and services


- Electrical or electronics engineer student- an advantage – (with 2 years left)
- Ability to understand and explain clearly, in written form, technical processes and procedures
- English as a first language/first language level – A must. Being familiar and experienced in writing in English on a technical level- an Advantage
- Being able to analyze and compere different information sources and consolidate them to a coherent piece of information
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Able to organize and execute a project with multiple inputs and processes
- Other languages - an advantage
