Description

WalkMe is looking for an experienced Knowledge Manager to act as a key player in assessing, organizing and owning the company’s knowledge.
The main goal of this function would be to lead the knowledge management strategy and implementation.

So what will you actually be doing?
- To lead, asses and support the implementation of Knowledge Management.
- Implement & maintain best of knowledge management tools and services.
- Be on top of company internal and external Knowledge and Collaboration assets, including the customer-facing help center to support the ongoing customer enablement strategy.
- Develop org-wide knowledge capture programs, driving development and support for internal productivity tools.
- Be the know-how person in the company and provide guidance on knowledge management and information to all employees.
- Develop & Support knowledge management practices in order to support the company's growth and development.
- Ensure that all department and systems supporting Knowledge Management are aligned appropriately and share the knowledge in a way that is effective to the organization.
- Develop a company culture that nurtures knowledge creation and teams collaboration Own and take charge of encouraging employees to share knowledge, ensuring they are aware of the knowledge management resources available to support their work.
- On-going leading and monitoring of Knowledge Management related projects.
- Manage of knowledge services & vendors.
- Address user requests, by assessing the need, defining relevant solutions and implementing them.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a knowledge manager/knowledge project manager
- Excellent knowledge of knowledge management methods and techniques
- Experience in Confluence, WordPress, Slack, and other tools - advantage
- High Proficiency in English / Native (advantage)
- Experience in working with tools/translation vendors - advantage
- Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
