We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage commercial agreements with clients, suppliers and partners (worldwide), handle various corporate governance needs and provide day to day legal support and guidance to all departments in the company. This role will be reporting to the company’s Head Legal Counsel.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international agreements with clients, partners and vendors, including software licensing agreements (on premises and SaaS), NDAs, partner agreements, maintenance and support, vendor agreements, administrative agreements and consulting agreements, etc
- Assisting in the management, maintenance and improvement of our legal templates repository
- Supporting the activities of and collaborate with various departments in the company, such as marketing, sales, product, human resources and finance
- Identifying and implementing proactive solutions for resolving and/or mitigating risks
- Assisting in the management of the company’s legal processes and compliance programs
- Assisting with data privacy compliance
- Assisting the Head Legal Counsel in working with the company’s senior leadership and on strategic projects, such as financing rounds, major partnership agreements, M&A events, etc.
- Managing the company’s relationship with external counsels (foreign and local)

Requirements

- LLB degree from a leading institution and license to practice law in Israel
- 2-3 years of extensive experience (after internship) working in a commercial or high-tech department of a leading law firm and/or as an in-house counsel in a software company
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including experience with international transactions, NDAs, software license agreements, partnership agreements and service provider agreements
- English and Hebrew at native level or equivalent (a MUST)
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical and communication skills, including the ability to work and collaborate with colleagues and counterparties in multiple locations
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to balance legal concerns with the company’s business interests
- Ability to work independently
- Driven and motivated self-starter
- Experience in privacy law - an advantage
