As a Junior Learning and Development Specialist, you will initially have three main areas of responsibility: Optimove’s Professional Development Content Platform, Optimove’s LMS, and Optimove’s customer-facing knowledge base. You'll be primarily working with our Training Development Manager, Optimove's main L&D professional, who sits in Marketing, and our HR business partners. That said, you’ll be interacting with every function in the company, from R&D to Wellbeing, from New York to London. If you’re a good learner and communicator with a background in training, a knack for technical issues, and an entrepreneurial spirit, this job is for you.

Responsibilities

- Operate Optimove’s Professional Development Content Platform and market it internally
- Work with internal factors to curate employee courses and learning paths
- Build reports to monitor and communicate employee professional development
- Operate Optimove’s Learning Management System including enrollment and report building
- Set up courses and programs in Optimove’s LMS
- Research, design, and develop knowledge-base articles concerning Optimove’s product
- Create video tutorials on how to do the task in Optimove
- Manage cross-departmental projects to develop organizational learning programs (i.e., Cross organizational onboarding week)
- Communicate with SMEs and Stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Review learning materials and provide clear feedback for non-L&D experts
- Suggest your ideas for cross org learning initiatives

Requirements

- Superior written and verbal communication skills and native English
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating formal or informal learning programs
- Tech savviness and solid experience with Excel or similar digital tools
- Quick self-learning and excellent problem-solving capabilities

Nice-to-Have:

- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience in eLearning instructional design
- Experience in hyper growing tech companies
- Experience working with L&D tools (course authoring tools, e.g., Articulate 360, learning management systems, e.g., Docebo, learning gamification tools, e.g., Kahoot!)
- Experience working with digital creation tools (Vyond/Powtton, Adobe Creative Cloud suite, etc.)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a focus on Education or similar qualification
