Description

We are looking for an Italian Customer Support representative who is highly motivated, talented team member to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers & resolve issues
- Multitask between different communication channels
- Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
- Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
- Growth in online communities, and number of active users
- Work is shift based and includes weekends
- Proficient in all MS Office products

Requirements

- English & Italian -Mother tongue level
- High interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication between customer & department
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Flexibility, ability to the changing needs of the company
- A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact
- Flexibility in working hours is required (we work in shifts)
- Service oriented person
- Past experience in customer support - advantage
