Innoviz is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our ServiceDesk growing team for Israel office headquarter. You will be responsible for receiving requests for assistance or problem reports from users, performing an initial analysis, and invoking the proper support mechanism and solution.

- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
- Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
- Direct the request or problem to the most appropriate support area (e.g., specialist, support organization).
- Liaison with the user to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled.
- 3-5 years experience in operating systems (Windows 10, Linux)
- Experience with Office 365 installation
- Experience with active directory 20162019
- Assist with onboarding of new users.
- Prepares Helpdesk procedural documentation and ensures that it is kept up-to-date.
- English, spoken & written
- 2-5 years of technology experience, as Help Desk / IT support
- Technically degree related field of study
- Microsoft 2016 Active Directory and Group Policy management
- Microsoft Windows 20162019 Server administration
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Team player – willing to put forth the effort for the betterment of the team
- Excellent customer service skills
