Description

We are looking for an IT Manager to provide fast and useful technical assistance in a fast growing SaaS environment.   Responsibilities:

- Manage the IT team and own all IT-related responsibilities globally
- Lead complex IT projects across teams and sites
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the multiple communication mediums
- Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting processes
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT operations
- Ensure security and availability of data, network access and backup systems
- Maintaining Zoomin’s offices IT infrastructure and security systems
- Plan and handle annual budget, and ensure cost effectiveness
- Determine the best solution based on the issue priority while considering the details provided by the employee
- Constantly enrich our organizations IT knowledge-base by writing solution related articles to common technical issues as well as internal IT processes
- Prepare and perform employee onboarding and offboarding sessions
- Negotiate and perform IT-related Hardware/Software/SaaS purchases
- Implement IT related automations and workflows to further improve the IT self serve infrastructure

- Formal certifications such as: Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF Certified Admin, Google Workspace
- Experience in OKR driven work environments
- End to end IT project leadership skills
- Experience writing Python/Bash IT related integration and automation scripts

Requirements

- 5+ years as an IT Manager, internal employee facing IT specialist or other IT customer support role
- Experience working in Cloud environments
- Excellent IT skills with great customer service, handling context switches, being on top of all communication channels and can-do attitude
- Hands-on experience with installations, administration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software (Windows, Mac & Linux) and networks
- Project management abilities
- Vast knowledge supporting G-Suite based services
- Experience in maintaining and supporting Okta   
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to provide technical support for critical issues beyond standard work hours
