The IT Manager will lead the IT support across all aspects of the business including full hands-on support and maintaining the offices’ infrastructure, Helpdesk and support for Cato’s employees globaly, deploy, configure and maintain new and existing systems.

As we continue to grow rapidly, You will identify and execute projects and implement solutions that have a widespread, business-wide impact.

- Hands-on Infrastructure: HPe Aruba cloud system, FortiGate Firewall, Juniper and HPe Aruba Switches, Windows and MAC OS X support.
- Maintain / Configure and Deploy SaaS / PaaS / IaaS (Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, AWS, G Suite, Okta, Zoom, Microsoft , anti-virus. etc...).
- Local Data Security enforcement.
- Access management.
- Manage company software and internal infrastructure budgets, resources and future growth roadmaps
- Manage all relationships and services with 3rd party vendors including company-used software tools and licenses
- Oversee all company hardware procurement processes and execution across both US and Israel job sites


- More than 5 years experience in building and running the IT operations function at a growing global tech company. Prior startup experience highly preferred.
- Experienced in planning, setting up and maintaining IT systems with an emphasis on the Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Cloud
- Experience managing, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware and software within a mixed Windows, Mac, and Linux systems environment
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with communication networks including communications protocols, firewalls, routers, etc.
- Experience in establishing and enforcing information security and cyber protection policies across a distributed workplace
