Description

We are seeking a talented and highly driven salesperson to join the Checkmarx ISR team.

The ISR (Inside Sales Representative) team will be responsible for closing SMB deals and supporting the field sales.

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on ISR Manager for 5 ISR's
- Supporting and working closely with sales managers
- Lead Management- manage, qualify and follow up potential sales leads.
- Execute web demos
- Close SMB deals
- Initiate cold calls to potential prospects to qualify for further investigation by Regional Manager
- Procuring quality meetings on a weekly and monthly basis
- Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
- Representing Checkmarx with integrity and professionalism always in all written and oral communications

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a ISR team
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on insides sales experience
- B2B sales experience (preferred enterprise)
- Proven over achievement record with an aggressive sales mentality
- Excellent phone & email communication skills
- Methodological and organized
- Salesforce.com expertise
- German as mother tongue, English on native level and Russian is an advantage.
- Any other additional language is of benefit
- Excellent team and autonomous work capabilities
