Location: JVP’s offices, Jerusalem

The Investor Relations Manager will be managing communications between a company’s corporate management and its investors, emphasizing strong relationships with the investment community, enhanced understanding and appreciation for the company’s business model, and investment merits. He/she will report to JVP’s COO, support releasing information, handling inquiries and meetings, providing feedback to the inventors and to the management.

- Involved in the most significant strategic and financial discussions related to fundraising and investments.
- Maintaining on going communications with existing as well as potential investors, effectively communicating key messages.
- Preparing investment related materials - presentations, daily, weekly, and monthly reports, financial analysis, due diligence materials.
- Synthesize and simplify ideas and work collaboratively in a team to accomplish the goals and ensure success.
- daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with investors, either in person or via phone to address any of their relevant questions or concerns.
- Maintain and update the relevant IR database.
- Communicating to investors the key internal developments that have occurred in the organization and provide valuable information regarding the company's strategies, its operations, and the overall financial performance.
- Responsible for researching and identifying new potential investors.

Requirements

- Educational Background, a bachelor's degree in economics, finance –a must
- Excellent English (including writing) & Presentation skills
- Previous knowledge in investor relations – an advantage
- Should be able to develop a sense of credibility within the investor community and the organization's management team.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in a clear, simple, and concise manner – a must
