Description

IGT (Israel & Global Travel) is looking for Internship Coordinators for its Onward programs!

Our Onward Israel Hillel programs are internship programs for international students to live and work in Tel Aviv for a couple of months.
We are looking for hard-working and communicative professionals with passions for Israel travels to join our team!

**Full-Time, Contracted Position (Exact Start Date NOW-July 2023)**

Location: Tel Aviv Area (office in central TLV)
Hours: Available US Hours (10/11-19/20)

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for leading and managing a group of participants, and being their professional point of contact
-Leading meetings with other professionals and participants
-Work with participants on their needs for career development (i.e. Educate participants on resume building, interview skills, and professionalism)
-Develop positive working relationships with partners and co-workers to achieve desired goals (via phone, e-mail, zoom, and in-person connections)
-Research and analyze current employment trends in various industries
-Maintain regular contacts with potential employers for new internship opportunities
-Maintain CRM of participant and internship records
-Deliver information and meet deadlines
-Conflict resolution, while remaining neutral when dealing with sensitive situations

Requirements

*Completed relevant BA/BS degree (i.e. Communication, Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources, Business, etc.)
*Knowledgeable about ever-changing trends across all dominant career industries
*Excellent knowledge and understanding of the teaching and learning process
*Outstanding interpersonal, investigative, assessment, listening, and communication (oral/written) skills
*Demonstrated success in collaborating to effectively and proactively solve problems, working under pressure, and taking initiative
*Evidence of high levels of organizational skills, and the ability to work closely and effectively with young adults, professionals, and colleagues
*English: Native
*Hebrew: High Level - prefered
*Experience in counselling and/or leading groups - preferred
*Experience working with diverse populations. - an advantage
