Our rapidly growing company, located in Herzliya Pituach is looking for a motivated Customer Support Engineer to support our customers and perform tier 1 troubleshooting.

Requirements

- Available to work in shifts 3-4 times a week (24/7 operations)
- Consumer IT knowledge (PC, smartphones, tablets, Wi-Fi router etc.)
- Basic network technology knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Basic IT troubleshooting capabilities (configuration, functionality, setup)
- Service orientation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Native English
