This is an opportunity to work in a leading global Pharma company and a professional communications team responsible for communication to over 40,000 employees worldwide

The role is part of Teva’s Corporate Internal Communication team, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Internal Communications


- The person will support all the internal communications team activities and works closely Business Unit comms colleagues for content, and country communications roles for executing campaigns
- They will develop content for various internal channels and media that will be used to inform and engage Teva’s global audience.
- They can develop content for different audiences; including senior leaders, managers and team leads. They will also research new trends in the industry, internal and external best practice and benchmark.
- Works with external vendors on communication projects. For example, video companies to design story boards, support the editing process and collection of all content and execute to final high quality videos. Creative agencies for campaign copy and design.
- Able to take ownership of channels and devise strategy for them, and measure success


- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in mother-tongue English
- Experienced & versatile writer (who also ENJOYS writing): “marketing”, announcements, newsletters, articles, blogs, internet/digital, interviews
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a focused and accountable way under pressure and to tight deadlines
- High levels of attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge/Experience
- Preferred: knows other tools that are relevant to communications– video, social media, apps
- Knowledge of and proven experience in communications
- Knowledge / experience in the Pharma industry an advantage, but not mandatory
- Once on board, making sure that they understand the Regulatory environment and related requirements and practices within pharmaceutical industry
- Qualifications/Accreditations
- A bachelor degree in Communications or a related discipline
- English mother-tongue essential, Hebrew an advantage (spoken)
