Description

monday.com is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic, and creative Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team, to inspire and inform employees of our key company, business, and cultural narratives.

The ideal candidate has proven experience leading communications strategies around organizational changes, crises, and culture, and has a track record of elevating day-to-day internal executive communications and team moments.

In this role, you will help to build an internal communications program and bring the newly created roadmap to life. You will communicate about our vision, platform, and employees in ways that educate, inspire, engage and unite our growing workforce across 10 global offices.

You will report to our Senior Communications Lead in our Tel- Aviv office and partner closely with our Head of Communications, the broader Global Communications team, Co-Founders, Investor Relations Director, senior leadership, our HR team, and various other teams across functions and geographies.

About The Role

- Manage a comprehensive executive communications strategy to drive engagement, instill confidence and trust, and inspire around the company’s strategy.
- Create communications with powerful messaging, leveraging different mediums (written, video, etc.)
- Write, develop, and edit content to help team managers and leaders to better communicate with their teams while incorporating the monday.com values.
- Provide internal comms strategy and support for large-scale initiatives like our move to a distributed workforce, key metrics, annual engagement surveys, cultural programs, global benefits changes, equity programs, departmental re-orgs, our company feedback program, and so much more.
- Develop strategies to effectively and swiftly respond to a variety of crisis situations.
- Be an essential and trusted partner to leaders, providing regular feedback and coaching to more effectively communicate, build trust, and increase engagement.
- Design and produce team all-hands: define narrative, create presentations, coach presenters.
- Build new communications channels tailored for our people manager and executive team’s internal audience
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of messaging, channels, and practices.

Requirements

- You’re resourceful with an eye for detail, an excellent writer, visual communicator, and project manager and you build relationships quickly and passionately.
- You have significant experience working directly with senior executives.
- You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across the company, locally and globally.
- You possess high emotional intelligence, empathy, and a strong presence with a proven ability to influence and build partnerships to execute.
- Ability to fluidly navigate between strategy and execution (can develop high-level strategic plans and also produce crisp, clear communications)
- Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced situations.
- You’re a ‘hands-on’ person and love to roll up your sleeves every day.
- Finger on the pulse of communication tools, resources and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- 5+ years of experience in the fields of communications, internal communications, marketing, or relevant experience.
