Description

The Internal Communications Manager will report to the CPO and work in strong partnership with global Marketing, IR and HR stakeholders with the responsibility for developing and executing an organization-wide Employer Branding & Internal Communications programs to support our fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a highly matrixed organization and supporting multiple stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will be creative, detail oriented, have a strong background in project management, tech savvy, and with proven written and verbal communication skills.

Top Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Employer Brand and Internal Communications strategies in partnership with executive leaders in HR, Marketing, IR and Sales
- Work in partnership with marketing to ensure the HR team’s objectives of establishing a strong employer brand and recruiting presence are part of the company’s integrated social media strategy.
- Undertake and implement Employer Brand in Talent acquisition, Candidates and Employee Experience
- Act as Subject Matter Expert within Employer Branding by providing the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business
- Writes creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms
- Editor and owner of the internal communications portal
- Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience; On Boarding and projecting the employee value proposition
- Execute timely publishing of materials (Edit, design, publish) including key company information, directives, quarterly all-hands, newsletters, and more
- Responsible for quality control: being on message, on brand, and consistently representing the organization’s strategic vision
- Must be able to establish strong partnerships with brand and communication team members to create assets accordingly
- Manage day-to-day program operations and lead editorial calendar development
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of messaging, channels and practices

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of communication program management, strategy, and execution
- Native English speaker
- Effectively working with all departments and stakeholders to define and execute mutually successful activities
- Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are delivering flawlessly within brand guidelines
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Use data and insights to direct Cellebrite’s internal communications efforts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Understand publishing platforms (SharePoint, WordPress, Content Management Systems, etc.)
