WalkMe, industry leader in Digital Adoption, provides the world’s first Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), designed to help enterprises guide and engage end-users through an array of websites and applications.

WalkMe is looking for a dreamer and a doer to fulfill the role of Internal Communication Manager and help continue making WalkMe the best place to work.​

Communications Managers are focused on company strategy, content creation, and deliver and package messaging . They create and communicate strategic messages and promote them internally to each target audience as needed.

What will your job look like?
- You will create and support WalkMe’s global communications to enhance collaboration, transparency and engagement.
- You will work with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to lead campaigns, including strategy, goals and messaging.
- You will create and execute internal communication plans from start to finish.
- You will craft creative and compelling messages, ensuring that everything is tied to the big picture
- You will write and edit clear and creative content. Think: Blogs, eBooks, social media posts, infographics, interviews and more.
- You will utilize innovative methods to engage employees, and bring new tools and platforms to increase your audience.
- You will work seamlessly with relevant platforms and vendors: creative agencies, subcontractors, social media platforms, internal platforms and portals.
- You will lead the continuous implementation of WalkMe Employer brand, work with regional teams to localize the brand and integrate it into various activities.

Requirements

- Native English
- BA or MA in marketing, communications, public relations or a related field
- 7 + years experience in marketing/communications/advertising, preferably in a fast-paced global setting
- Incredible writing and editing skills, backed by experience
- The ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and deliver on-time, excellent results
