Instructional Designer

Atera is seeking a highly motivated, target-oriented, Instructional Designer to join our Training Team!

As an Instructional Designer, there’s nothing more exciting than helping your learners save time and effort by utilizing innovative products. You’ll get to educate customers and internal employees about product and tools to facilitate their day to day challenges.

Responsibilities:

Create eLearning materials such as:

*Interactive tutorials

*Video nuggets

*Infographic posters

*Assessments

Create course kits (including course objectives, agendas, outlines, exercises, handouts, feedback surveys, etc.) for external learners

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a training developer/instructional designer for online product videos
- Native English speaker - MUST
- Audio editing capabilities
- Experience with storyline/Captivate/AfterEffects/other tutorial tools
- Proficiency in working with design tools/software
- Course development experience

Advantage:

- Experience in the IT industry/ with a SAAS product
- LMS/EPSS experience
- An awesome portfolio
