RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Manage the entire sales process: initiate, nurture, negotiate and manage client relationships
- Own the sales life cycle; from inquiry and closing to on-boarding and renewals.
- Communicating (written and verbal responses to inquiries)
- Presentations: Product demos and follow-up
- Pipeline management = Mktg automation + you and your CRM data
- Account management: On-going nurturing to maximize renewals

Requirements

- At least 1-2 years of proven success in sales account management or inside sales is required
- 1 year experience as a recruiter in a company is a must
- Proficiency with social networks - utilizing LinkedIn in recruitment process + prospecting
- High level of interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Driven and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Industry familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Humanet, Adam, Nilosoft, Jobvite, GreenHouse etc - huge advantage
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM - advantage
- Hebrew + English - Mother tongue or mother tongue level - mandatory
