AB InBev is expanding its technological capabilities in our Tel Aviv Tech Hub to further build our tech innovation agenda in the Industry 4.0 space.

What you’ll do?

As a Global Innovation Manager at AB InBev, your focus will be on delivering new solutions to the Supply Chain function. You will play an integral role in defining the innovation strategy and long-term vision of the world’s largest brewer.

Working collaboratively with functional leaders and decision-makers across the business, you will be expected to nurture key internal relationships and uncover the biggest challenges they face in their day to day operations. Using this knowledge and your relationships in the global tech eco-system you will perform a build, buy, partner analysis to determine AB InBev’s direction in solving the problems identified and work to implement the solution either as the owner of a pilot and liaison between the start-up and our business or as the product owner of the build solution.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree with a major inScience or Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus
- 3-4 years of experience in Product Management (experience in business development is a plus)
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and technology in the Industry 4.0 space
- Ability to navigate large corporations across matrix structure as well as interact with senior entrepreneurs
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Passion for Innovation & creating new ideas
- Ability to think strategically and translate to action to ‘get things done’
- Effective communication (written and oral) to senior management – must be fluent in English
- Experience in leading complex and multi-functional project teams with attention to details
- Demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills with the ability to structure and solve problems
- Flexibility and ability to deal with complexity under time pressure in a structured way
