Description
The Donor Recognition Unit is tasked with providing support for Tel Aviv University’s Friends Organizations and fundraisers around the world by ensuring donors are properly recognized and thanked for their generosity, and for the positive impact their gifts have on the University.
The role:
The Information Coordinator is responsible for:
- maintenance of donor recognition information in the Salesforce database, including contracts,
reports and correspondence; tracking, updating and editing records and reports
- generating reports and mining data from Salesforce
- researching historical information about donors
- editing donor project activity reports from faculty members
- translating short texts from Hebrew to English
- Coordination and production of customized donor recognition materials such as special reports,
videos, brochures, photo albums, etc.
Requirements
- undergraduate degree
- English at mother-tongue level a must, including writing and editing skills
- high level of Hebrew, both written and spoken
- minimum 3-5 years in an administrative role, preferably in non-profit or academia
- strong research skills
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- go-getter, detail-oriented, creative
- strategic and analytical thinker
- service-oriented
- previous experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce)—advantage
- previous experience working with legal contracts/documents--advantage
