About The Position

As an Illusive Marketing Campaign Manager, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs to raise awareness, drive thought-leadership, and generate demand to meet revenue objectives. Working in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, you will support product launches, manage events, produce a wide range of demand generation materials and programs, analyze results, and make suggestions for improvements. You will work with state of the art systems and amazing colleagues.

What will you do?
- Campaign ideation, project management and implementation of targeted marketing programs to increase awareness for customers, prospects and channel partners
- Develop campaign KPIs and associated dashboards that measure customer and brand performance
- Oversee and deliver external events program
- Execute product and solution launches
- Contribute to social media development to support campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to identify customer/target segments with the greatest potential for brand development and engagement
- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts
- Leverage marketing automation tools to manage lead generation activities, report outcomes and deliver enhanced programs
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Budget management and reporting

- 7+ years of high-tech, B2B, enterprise marketing required
- Cyber security experience highly desired
- BA/BS degree in business (marketing, communications, technology or related area) or equivalent required, MBA preferred
- Expertise in delivering multi-channel marketing programs using ABM techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent English both written and oral, other languages valued
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally, at all levels of the organization
- Ability to quickly assimilate technical knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Good PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Proficient in use of marketing automation technology – HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc. and salesforce (SFDC)
- Analytical and comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Ability to work at both tactical and strategic level
