What will you do?
- Lead a team of engineers who will Implement the illusive solution on customer networks (directly and via partners)
- Lead a team of Customer support engineers who support customers and partners in EMEA and APAC
- Deal with customer escalations
- Project delivery and monitoring

Requirements

- +3 years in customer support & professional services
- Proven experience in security company
- +2 years’ experience as team leader
- Dealing with large enterprises
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Customer support methodology
- SOC experience – big adv
- Experience with the different operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
- Training delivery capabilities
- Familiar with Support systems - ZenDesk big adv
