As an HRIS lead & HR analysis at Lightricks, you will deal with a specialized area within the HR department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing global policies and processes related to HRIS and that are aligned with the Lightricks philosophy, as well as hands-on HR systems, data, and HR operations. You will work closely with our HR team and IT teams on daily tasks, while being part of Lightricks’ growing HR Operations team.

What you will be doing:

- HR systems landscape - design and implementation
- Hands-on HRIS - day to day tracking, data updates and governance
- Take a leading part in HR processes, system and analysis aspects, working closely with the HR team and People Analytics
- Serve as main focal point for the organization on data and system aspects

Your skills and experience:

- Must have solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
- 5+ years of HRIS and HR analysis experience
- Experience with HiBob - preferred 
- Experience working in a global environment  - preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Able to work independently, out of the box problem-solver, discreet, prioritize tasks with a pro-employee approach
