Description

As an HRBP at Riskified, you will work as part of our large, global HR team. You will become an expert on your teams’ business, and collaborate with managers to develop an insightful HR strategy, effective recruiting, training and management. You will use your creative skills to address your teams’ challenges and needs, and to formulate new programs and solutions that reflect our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes to your teams.

What You'll Be Doing
- Consult to line management and provide HR guidance
- Use your in-depth business and HR knowledge to build a recruiting strategy for the department and recruit accordingly with the help of Talent Acquisitions managers that will report to you.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Manage all day2day aspects in the employee’s life cycle (recruiting, performance, termination, development, etc)

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably from a start-up
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Thorough understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Excellent English skills - should be comfortable working entirely in English - writing, speaking, and presenting
- Managerial experience- an advantage
- BS in Human Resources or related field
